We wanted to provide an important update for our U.S. customers regarding shipping. As of August 29th, new rules now require taxes and duties to be charged on all shipments entering the United States, regardless of value. 

The complication comes from a requirement to pre-pay taxes before parcels can cross the border. This primarily affects USPS shipments, which means those options are no longer available. Starting today, the only available shipping method will be UPS.

For US Customers, here’s what to expect: when your package arrives at the border, UPS will send you a bill for all import taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver. If you choose not to pay, your parcel will be destroyed. Please note that we do not issue refunds or credits for refused parcels, nor do we refund taxes on returned items.
