Hard to believe it has been over 13 years since we started BC Robotics, but it is time for some behind the scenes upgrades. Starting Tuesday, October 14th, we’ll be making improvements across our operations — including a complete overhaul of our inventory storage and sorting system, upgraded computers and software, and more.
With 13 years behind us, we’ve learned a lot, some of our day-to-day equipment is beyond retirement age, and some of our methods need to evolve to keep up with the times. These upgrades will help us fulfill orders faster, track inventory more accurately, and scale for the years ahead.
What does this mean for ordering? During the upgrade, there will be delays in shipping. We anticipate the system update combined with moving a lot of things around to delay shipments for a few days. During this period, you can still place orders — and we’ll make it worth the wait.

Spend over $100, and we bump this to $6 store coupon each business day. Over $200? Make it a $7 store coupon per business day. (Just no sneaking into our warehouse and sabotaging everything to get a bigger bonus 😉 ) .

How This Delay Coupon Promotion Works:
This is a limited time promotion, and it will end once shipping is normalized. Coupons will be issued as a single code for the calculated total bonus shortly after the end of the promotion.
The bonus coupon is calculated based on the number of business days between the order date and the ship date. (Business days * $5). A single coupon code will be provided for each qualifying order based on that calculation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3PM Pacific Time will be treated as the next business day.
When using a store coupon the amount deducts from your cart total. There is no minimum spend requirement. If the total amount is not used in the first purchase, the coupon will remain active until the entire balance is used or the expiration date (whichever comes first). Coupons expire on January 1, 2026, so plenty of time to use them!
Canada Post Strike
We have had to make an unplanned modifications to this promotion due to the Canada Post Strike. For Rural Locations, PO Boxes, and International Post options, the bonus will be determined as the ready to ship date (the date it is boxed and ready to ship from our warehouse) and will ship once the Canada Post strike ends.
