Happy Saturday! Welcome back to our New Product Roundup for the week ending February 21st! This week we have five new additions to share – further expanding on our Structural Components section. Let’s dive in and have a closer look!
New Additions This Week
T-Slot 20 Series – M5 x 16mm Stud (10 Pack)
M5 × 16 Drop-In Studs provide a quick, tool-free way to add mounting points anywhere along your 20-series aluminum extrusions. Designed to drop directly into standard 6 mm T-slots, these studs can be inserted without sliding in from the end, making them perfect for retrofits, modifications, and late-stage adjustments to existing frames.
M5 Lock Nut – 20 Pack
Small metric hardware is a staple of building most electronics projects these days. This kit includes 20 M5 Lock Nuts. The nuts measure 9mm in diameter and 4 mm thick.
T-Slot 20 Series – 2040 T Bracket Kit
These stainless steel brackets / side plates are designed with 2040 Aluminum extrusion in mind but will also work with 2020 and other 20 series extrusions. The plate is designed for situations where a T connection needs to held together, but can be used for strengthening other types of connections as well.
T-Slot 2040 Series – Joining Plate Kit
These stainless steel brackets / side plates are designed with 2040 Aluminum extrusion in mind but will also work with 2020 and other 20 series extrusions in many configurations. The plate is designed for situations where two parallel beams need to held together or for strengthening other types of connections.
M5 x 10mm Socket Cap Screw – 10 Pack
This set of M5 x 10mm socket cap screws are the same as found in many of the T-slot hardware and feature a captive washer and spring washer.
