10K Epoxy Thermistor (80°C Max)

10K Epoxy Thermistor (80°C Max)

SKU: SEN-006 - Mfg Part Number: USP10982

Thermistors are a very basic form of temperature sensor. As the temperature increases the resistance of the thermistor decreases at a given rate, meaning they can be used to monitor temperature. Typically these would be used with a resistor to form a voltage divider. The output voltage can then be read by an Arduino as a simple analog input.

The thermistor has range of -55 °C to 80 °C , with a calibrated 10K Ohm resistance at 25°C. The epoxy coating makes it ideal for measuring temperatures where the sensor may be exposed to moisture.

  • Temperature Range of -55 °C to 80 °C
  • 10K Ohm Resistance @ 25°C
  • 36″ wire leads
  • Moisture Resistant
