Description
Any high power motor driver, linear voltage regulator, or other SOC will get hot when pushed to its limits – a heatsink will help dissipate heat and keep things running cool. These 11 x 11 mm heatsinks stand 5mm tall and include adhesive thermal tape on the back. This tape will help keep the heatsink in place and improve the transfer of heat from the chip to the aluminum of the heatsink.
Please Note: As of August 14, 2018 these now include adhesive thermal tape.
