Mounting plates are an excellent way to keep things in place when prototyping! With components getting smaller and smaller, sometimes the hardest part of building a test circuit can be keeping parts from sliding all over your desk and becoming disconnected / shorted / etc. This rugged aluminum mounting plate solves the problem by providing a strong, secure, workspace where each component can be kept in place – preventing that annoying spring tension in jumper wires and cables from making a mess of your project.

This specific board is designed for Arduino and has mounting holes for most Arduino variants. Next to it is a spot to stick a large solderless breadboard. In the opposite corner, there are a grid of mounting holes to attach any small breakout boards or other modules.
