The ESP8266 is a very inexpensive WiFi enabled microcontroller – however it can be a bit difficult to work with as it is not breadboard friendly. Fortunately, we have the answer! This simple breakout board provides access too all of the ESP8266 pins in a breadboard friendly format.

Don’t be thrown off by the surface mount soldering of the ESP8266 to the breakout board – this can be done with a standard soldering iron with a finer tip, No special SMT soldering equipment / reflow / etc. are required.

V2 of this breakout board is narrower and provides more room on a solderless breadboard. ESP8266 module and header pins sold separately.
