Add Ethernet to your Onion Omega! This Onion Ethernet add-on board connects at up to 100Mbps and makes for a reliable fixed connection for situations where Wireless may not be the best choice. The board can also be used to re-flash your Omega’s firmware.

The Onion is very flexible with networking: you can use the Ethernet add-on board to provide network connectivity to the Onion, connect the Onion to a modem and use it as a WiFi router, or even bridge a wireless network to a wired Ethernet device.

Please Note: The Ethernet Expansion Board makes use of the Omega’s exposed Ethernet pins, so only one Ethernet Expansion can be used with the Omega at any given time.
