Description
A ball caster wheel is a form of omni-directional wheel commonly used on two-wheel drive robots. Most two wheel drive robots steer using differential drive of their wheels, meaning they typically just need a third wheel that is easy to move in any direction.
These large ball caster wheels are ideal for robot applications. The caster measures 50 x 25mm, and 20mm tall. There are two mounting holes spaced 40mm center to center and ideally suited for M3 hardware.
Note: Ball casters are not intended to carry much load, if a load bearing caster wheel is needed we would recommend a swiveling caster wheel.
