These small linear bearings are referred to as LM5UU bearings. Linear bearings are designed to slide along a shaft rather than around it. This makes them ideal for linear positioning, with larger versions of this bearing being very popular in CNC Machines and 3D Printers. Fits a 5mm diameter shaft.
