Connecting 20 Series extrusions at a corner can be done in a few different ways – this being one of the best! These corner connectors prevent complicated drilling while still using the preferred M6 end bolt method of connection. The corner block is made of aluminum and features locking tabs that fit into the channel of each extrusion. The connector kit includes 2 M6 x 12 bolts and two covers and can be further re-enforced with side plates if necessary. To use these, simply tap the ends of the two extrusions you wish to connect with an M6 tap, and thread each bolt. Simple as that.
