BC Robotics Educational Pricing Program offers special educational pricing on just about everything we sell. Are you purchasing on behalf of a qualifying educational institution or group? This tutorial will walk you through how to register for an account and upgrade it to an educational account.
Why is this better?
Educational accounts can view all educational discounts directly on the website. The detailed pricing shows the initial discounted price along with all volume discounts available, so there is no need to request for quotes. Make the most of your budget with the ability to update quantities and discounts in real time!
Do I Qualify?
BC Robotics offers educational pricing on most products to qualifying educational institutions. Are you purchasing on behalf of any of the following groups?
- Public / Private School
- Registered Home School Program
- School District
- Post Secondary Institution
- Science Outreach / After School Program
If so, you are eligible to register for our Educational Pricing Program! If you are not in the list, but are providing educational services, please contact us and we are happy to discuss it!
Step 1 - Register For An Account
To create an educational account, first you will need to register for a regular account on our website. This can be done by going to https://bc-robotics.com/my-account/ . Under “Register for an Account” enter your email address and a desired password.
If you already have an existing user account, skip down to Step 3 – Request an Educational Account

Step 2 - Complete Billing And Shipping Information
Once the “My Account” Page loads, click “Addresses” in the side menu. Enter your billing and shipping addresses by clicking “Add” and completing the forms.

Step 3 - Request an Educational Account
Next, head over to our Educational Account Page and request to upgrade an existing account. The request requires a few pieces of information that will help us determine the eligibility of the account. Applications are processed during normal business hours and typically are approved within 24 hours.

Please Note: If you wish to use a Purchase Order you must be located within Canada. Payment terms are NET30.
