Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.




    Processing
The order and payment have been received. The order is currently being entered into our system. Once completed, the order will move to the Picking Order status.

    Picking Order
The order has been printed and items are being picked from inventory. Once completed, the order will move to the Preparing For Shipment.

    Preparing for Shipment
The order has been picked and is currently being packed and prepared for shipment. No changes to the order can be made. Once The order has been packed, it will move to the Complete status and any applicable tracking information will be sent.

    Complete
The order has left our facility. If the shipping method you have selected has tracking information is available, a link to check the status is shown.

    Ready for Pickup
The order is now ready for contactless pickup from our Nanaimo Warehouse. Your Order Number is Required to pick up your order. Please follow the directions included in your pickup notification email.

    Pending Payment
Order has been saved, but not submitted. This order can be submitted by completing payment using the payment link. We do not take payment over the phone.

    On Hold
Order has been received but is currently on hold. Orders paid via E-transfer will automatically move to Processing once payment has been received.

    Item On Backorder
One or more items in this order are currently on backorder. Please email with your order number for more information.

    Exception
The order requires customer contact and an email has been sent to the address on file. Please contact us with your order number to resolve this issue.
