Track Your Order

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Status Information

Pending Payment

Order has been received and we are awaiting payment. To complete this order, please use the payment link provided above. We do not accept payment over the phone.

On Hold

Order has been received but is currently On Hold. Orders paid via E-transfer will remain on hold until payment has been received. Orders with customer requests, additions, or modifications will also be placed On Hold while the changes are made.

Processing

The order and payment have been received. The order is currently being entered into our system and printed. Once completed, the order will move to the Picking Order status.

Picking Order

The order has been printed and items are being picked from inventory. Once completed, the order will move to the Preparing For Shipment (or Ready For Pickup if curbside pickup was selected).

Preparing for Shipment

The order has been picked and is currently being packed and prepared for shipment. No changes to the order can be made. Once the order has been packed, a shipping label will be printed.

Complete

The order has been shipped. If the shipping method you have selected has tracking information is available, a link to check the status is shown.

Preparing For Pickup

The order has been picked and is now being packed for curbside pickup. An email will be sent as soon as it is ready.

Ready For Pickup

The order is ready for curbside pickup from our Nanaimo Warehouse. An email with pickup instructions has been sent.

PO - Pending Payment

The order was placed via Purchase Order and has been shipped. An invoice has been sent to the billing address or email on file.

Item On Backorder

One or more items in this order are currently on backorder. An email has been sent to the address used to place the order. Please respond to this email if you wish to split-ship or remove out of stock items. If unaddressed, the order will ship once all items are in stock.

Canceled

Order has been canceled by the customer.

Refunded

Order has been returned for a refund.

Failed

Payment has failed or been declined. To complete this order, please use the payment link provided above with an alternate form of payment.

Exception

The order requires customer contact and an email has been sent to the address on file with no response received. Please contact us with your order number to resolve this issue.
