16 Channel Analog Input HAT – ADC for Raspberry Pi – Assembled

Need an easy way to get a bunch of analog signals into your Raspberry Pi? This 16 channel 10 bit analog input HAT is the solution. The board is simple at heart, a pair of MCP3008 analog to digital converters connected on the Raspberry Pi’s SPI bus. Need to create a voltage divider on the input? Each channel has room for a standard 1206 SMD chip resistor and a couple solder jumpers to enable and set the resistor as a pull-up or pull-down; no wiring required. This HAT is compatible with the most recent versions of the Raspberry Pi (including all versions of the Pi 4) and ships assembled with a 2x20 header already attached. Color coded headers are also pre-installed for each of the 16 analog inputs... [Read More]

Raspberry Pi WeatherHAT PRO – Assembled

This version of the Raspberry Pi WeatherHAT PRO ships pre-assembled with no soldering required - the easiest way to get started monitoring the weather with the Raspberry Pi. This board is similar to our original Raspberry Pi Weather Board but features an integrated BME280 pressure / temperature / humidity sensor, so no need to add this on after the fact. It still features the same 4 channel AS1015 Analog to Digital Converter, and RJ11 connection points for the SparkFun Weather Meters. Simply plug in the SparkFun Weather Meters and you will have Wind Speed, Direction, Rainfall in addition to the onboard Humidity, Barometric Pressure, and Temperature... [Read More]

WS2812 RGB Flexible Panel – 8 x 32 LED

This panel of WS2812 LEDs is an configured in an 8 x 32 arrangement. Each of the 256 LEDs can be individually controlled; meaning, these panels can be used to scroll colorful messages, create interesting light patterns, or draw symbols, and more. The panel has a chainable design and multiple panels can be used to form larger displays. Since each LED has its own driver, there is no need for power transistors. Simply apply 5V DC power, and provide a digital signal and that’s it... [Read More]

APA102 Digital LED Strip – 30 LED / Meter

These individually addressable LED strip lights are based on the APA102 chip (also known as the Dotstar). Unlike the popular WS2812 RGB strips which use a very timing specific control protocol, APA102 LEDs use generic 2-wire SPI, so you can push data much faster than with the WS2812 800KHz protocol and there's no specific timing required. They also have much higher PWM refresh rates, so you can do Persistence-of-Vision (POV) and have less flickering, particularly at low brightness levels. Like WS2812, the APA102 LEDs are 5050-sized LEDs with an embedded microcontroller inside the LED. You can set the color/brightness of each LED to 24-bit color (8 bits each red green and blue)...
